Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Calimotoride.com, operated by Calimotoride LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1.Nature of Platform

Calimotoride LLC is a neutral online marketplace that enables vehicle Owners to list their motorcycles, scooters, boats, or other legal vehicles for rent, and allows Renters to discover and communicate with them.

All interactions, agreements, and responsibilities related to the rental itself (vehicle condition, insurance, and rules of use) occur directly between Owner and Renter. Calimotoride LLC only facilitates on-platform transactions by processing payments through Stripe, deducting a 5% service fee, and transferring the remaining amount to the Owner. Calimotoride LLC is not responsible for any agreements, payments, or disputes conducted outside the platform.

We do not:

• Own, lease, or operate any vehicles
• Verify vehicle condition or documentation
• Provide or verify insurance
• Handle rental disputes
• Hold or manage any security deposits

2. Service Fee

Calimotoride LLC charges a 5% platform service fee per completed reservation. This covers platform maintenance and Stripe processing fees. The remainder is transferred to the Owner.

We do not handle or store any deposits or funds beyond the service fee.

3. Insurance Responsibility

All vehicles listed must be legally covered by a valid third-party insurance policy. It is the responsibility of the Owner to:

• Maintain active coverage
• Clearly communicate any deductible amounts that may apply
• Confirm that the Renter is covered or provide their own coverage terms

Renters must:

• Confirm that insurance coverage is in place before the rental begins
• Understand that any deductible required in the event of a claim is their responsibility, unless otherwise agreed with the Owner

Calimotoride LLC does not manage or validate insurance policies or deductibles. All insurance communication is strictly between the parties.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Renters may cancel anytime before the scheduled start time.
• No-shows, late cancellations, or improper documentation (no license, no insurance, intoxication) are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed with the Owner.
• Owners may cancel confirmed reservations with timely notice.

Calimotoride LLC does not make refund decisions. Payments and refunds are handled through Stripe and initiated per Owner-Renter agreements.

5. Communication Policy

Owners must include a valid contact number in each listing. Renters are responsible for contacting the Owner directly to:

• Confirm booking details
• Clarify insurance
• Ask pre-rental questions

We do not monitor or moderate these conversations. All coordination must occur between the two parties.

6. Community Guidelines

• Respectful and honest communication is required
• No threats, hate speech, impersonation, or fraud
• No sub-renting or third-party transfers of vehicles

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

7. Platform Use Rules

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or scraping is strictly prohibited
• Users may not bypass the platform to arrange direct bookings
• Calimotoride LLC is not responsible for, and does not provide any protection, refunds, or support for payments or agreements made outside the platform.
• Spam, fake accounts, or misuse of tools may lead to permanent ban

8. Privacy & Data

We use cookies to improve functionality and user experience. Personal information is used solely to provide platform access and communication. We do not sell user data and comply with standard privacy regulations. For details on how we collect, store, and disclose personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy .

Users must only upload content (images, text, branding) that they own or are licensed to use. To report copyright violations, send a DMCA request to: http://www.calimotoride.com.

We will remove confirmed violations, but are not responsible for user-uploaded materials.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
